Reclaiming our Sexuality as Mothers Workshop

Motherhood impacts all areas of our lives. One that is often very highly impacted but not often openly spoken about is sexuality after having children.

There's dozens of reasons the topic may not be top of mind or you may actively push it away. Our wish as mothers and coaches is to create a cosy and safe space for mums to explore the topic along with other mothers facing similar challenges in life. To give mums permission to put themselves first - even if just for a few hours.

Why? Because we deserve connection with other humans, pleasure in life, and a break from our responsibilities from time to time!
