UPCOMING: Women's Weekend Workshop Series (Jan-July 2025)
This 7-part workshop series is designed to guide you through a journey of exploration, connection, and liberation. Each workshop is a standalone, 3.5 hour topic area. The workshops build on one another: you can join one, some, or all.
​​
We'll help you slow down, listen to what your body is telling you, uncover unhelpful beliefs, and discover new possibilities.
Our main purpose is exploring, connecting, and empowering women on each of our journeys to the best, most reflected versions of ourselves - for ourselves.

The topic areas for each workshop are around:

Reclaiming our Sexuality as Mothers Workshop 2024
Motherhood impacts all areas of our lives. One that is often very highly impacted but not often openly spoken about is sexuality after having children.
There's dozens of reasons the topic may not be top of mind or you may actively push it away. Our wish as mothers and coaches is to create a cosy and safe space for mums to explore the topic along with other mothers facing similar challenges in life. To give mums permission to put themselves first - even if just for a few hours.

Why? Because we deserve connection with other humans, pleasure in life, and a break from our responsibilities from time to time!
